Autism is a lifelong neurodivergence that affects how people experience the world. Everyday activities such as shopping, working, or socialising can present barriers for autistic people and their families. By improving understanding and removing these barriers, we can create a community where inclusion is the norm, a place where everyone belongs.

More than 1 in 100 people in the UK are autistic. That means autism is part of daily life for thousands of families, friends, and workplaces. Making Earls Colne inclusive isn’t just the right thing to do, it will benefit businesses, services, and the whole community.

The Autism Reality Experience is an immersive training program designed to provide neurotypical individuals with a first-hand experience of the sensory processing challenges encountered by those on the autism spectrum.

Created by Training 2 CARE's CEO Glenn Knight in collaboration with 150 autistic individuals, this innovative initiative fosters empathy, enhances understanding, and promotes inclusive support for individuals or autistic communities.

Introducing the 'ARE Forum' - a global platform where you can connect with autism professionals worldwide. Here, you can ask questions, share experiences, seek advice, discuss best practices, access research, or simply engage in supportive conversations.
