ARE Facilitator

The facilitator training programme is only available for the larger organisations that are committed to training all of their staff in the Autism Reality Experience. With larger organisations having a commitment towards developing a EDI strategy (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) the Autism Reality Experience Facilitator Programme is a must have training package.  Giving you the ability to have your training team train your staff directly, not only gives you the ability to teach everyone in your organisation at a fraction of the cost but also means that your staff will commit to supporting you in making change.

The facilitator training course is delivered over a two (2) day period at our offices in Colchester Essex or at your premises for a slight additional cost.  Over the 2 days you will be taught exactly how to set up a room, deliver the experience, deliver the de-brief and all other administration processes for the course.  You will have access to each of the courses and continually updated as new courses are added to the library.

*Please note that this is for large organisations that wish to train their own staff* You will not be able to train outside organisations and will sign a contract regarding the licencing of the course.  Acceptance to be a facilitator will include an application process and interview.
