The Autism Reality Experience offers an innovative and immersive training opportunity for neurotypical individuals to step into the neurodiverse world. Through hands-on experiences, participants gain insight into the sensory processing challenges encountered by individuals on the autism spectrum. A unique opportunity to foster understanding, inclusivity and most importantly empathy.

100% of people who responded found it valuable and over 70% plan on doing something differently as a result.

This experience was great to really get a better understanding of what a person with Autism may go through everyday. It also highlighted to me things I never knew affected people with Autism.

My child is autistic, so part of the reason I took part was to better understand what’s going on for him, but I was also really keen to understand what goes on for autistic people at work and in my communities. This experience has definitely raised my awareness, and hopefully I can approach people in general, autistic and not autistic, with more empathy for what they might need.
